CrossFit

CrossFit combines the best parts of weightlifting, sprinting, calisthenics, kettlebells, and a little bit of basic gymnastics. By sticking to the most effective exercises from each, we can do really efficient workouts in about 30 minutes. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness.

World’s Best Boot Camp

World’s Best Boot Camp is an experience that’s mentally, physically, and spiritually rewarding. The WBBC — developed by Desert Storm Vet and top 10 Martial Artist John Burch — takes the very best parts of camaraderie and mental toughness and applies them to a training program that is proven to exceed expectations.

The entire WBBC staff are experts at setting you up for success, getting you to dig deep — even if you’ve tried before and failed. Actually, we work best with people who have had some type of setback because we’ve found those challenges create character and just need a little more assistance. Our only job is to get you to reach your goal.

The truth is, we all have the ability to get more from ourselves. Guaranteed.

MetCon Class

The MetCon class takes place Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., Thursday at 7 a.m., and Saturday at 8:45 a.m. and noon. (See full schedule here.)

This class will include some light technique work, especially for those of you who are newer to CrossFit or could use some refreshers. The workouts will be longer and lighter than normal, focusing on Metabolic Conditioning, or “cardio.”
