CrossFit

CrossFit combines the best parts of weightlifting, sprinting, calisthenics, kettlebells, and a little bit of basic gymnastics. By sticking to the most effective exercises from each, we can do really efficient workouts in about 30 minutes. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness.

Everyday Better Boot Camp

It probably won’t surprise you to learn that our vision at Everyday Better Boot Camp is to help YOU be everyday better. 

We have all the tools necessary to give you results, keep you safe and injury-free, and have a freaking blast while doing it.

And we firmly believe that ALL goals are EQUAL. So whether you want to look sexy in your wedding dress, you want to be able to toss your kids up in the air, or you want to get off a medication … no matter what it is, we are here for YOU.

MetCon Class

Clinical trials have shown that high intensity training is heart-protective, increases functional strength, and improves endurance. Our MetCon classes remove complicated barbell movements, allowing you to get that high intensity workout every time you hit the gym! This class is especially helpful for folks newer to CrossFit who, in a regular class, are spending more time on technique than intensity.

The MetCon class takes place Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., Thursday at 7 a.m., and Saturday at 8:45 a.m. and noon. (See full schedule here.)
